Welcome to The Yeshua Movement. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Yeshua Movement. The Yeshua Movement operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Yeshua Movement reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until The Yeshua Movement confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted or shipped.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases made through our store are for lawful purposes and are not intended for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, listed product prices do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping charges. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are currently shipped within the United States.
Standard shipping is offered at the rate displayed during checkout. Current shipping rates and processing information are available in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Yeshua Movement is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with The Yeshua Movement.
